FAQs
Who do you work with?
I work with creative professionals — mostly women — who have always felt different. Many are neurodivergent (though not all), and most describe themselves as non-linear thinkers who don’t fit neatly into the status quo. They’re outspoken, intuitive, and often deeply caring, but underneath, they’re tired of second-guessing themselves and wondering what they’re doing “wrong,” while everyone else seems to be getting it right. Symptoms often show up as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, avoidance, social anxiety, or feeling frozen in relationships and work.
Is this therapy right for me if I don’t have a diagnosis?
Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis to know that life feels harder than it should. If you’re exhausted from masking, questioning yourself, or constantly feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” therapy can help you find clarity, self-acceptance, and a way forward that feels true to who you are.
What transformation can I expect through therapy?
Therapy with me is about discovering who you really are — and living like that on purpose. Together, we’ll peel back the layers of shame, confusion, and survival strategies you’ve carried for years, creating space for you to finally feel safe being yourself. The promise of this work is authenticity: no more shrinking, no more hiding, just you . . . fully expressed, fully alive.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. To help you feel confident about beginning, I also offer a free consultation call to see if we’re the right fit.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held virtually, making therapy accessible and flexible for women throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You can choose a quiet, comfortable space of your own — whether that’s your living room, office, or even your car between meetings — so therapy can meet you where you are.
How do I get started?
The first step is scheduling a complimentary consultation call. During this 30-minute call, we’ll talk about what you’re struggling with, what you’re hoping for, and I’ll answer any questions you may have. It’s a chance for us to see if working together feels like a good fit . . . no pressure, just connection. Schedule That Call Here
What are therapy intensives, and who are they for?
Therapy intensives are longer, more focused sessions (90–180 minutes) that allow us to go deeper, faster. They’re especially powerful for women processing trauma, recovering from burnout, or feeling stuck in cycles that weekly sessions can’t always reach. Intensives condense weeks of work into hours, helping you break through what’s been holding you back and leaving you with more clarity and relief.
What is Brainspotting, and how can it help me?
Brainspotting is a powerful tool that uses a person’s field of vision to access and heal emotional pain that words can’t always reach. If you’ve felt “talked out” in past therapy but still struggle with triggers, old wounds, or unexplained anxiety, brainspotting helps your brain and body process what’s been stuck. Many clients describe it as finally releasing what’s been weighing them down for years.
What is Internal Family Systems (IFS), and why use it?
IFS is about making peace with the different “parts” of you — the ones that push you forward, the ones that hold you back, and even the ones you wish weren’t there. If you often feel torn or conflicted inside, IFS helps you understand and care for those parts instead of fighting them. The result is a greater sense of harmony, self-compassion, and inner strength.
What if I’m nervous about starting therapy?
That’s completely normal. Many of my clients worried they wouldn’t know what to say, or that they’d feel judged. Instead, they found therapy to be the one place they could finally exhale and show up as they are. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, and you’ll never have to do this alone.
